About the Gig

“Vain Productions unleash:

On the 24th of September, Imperial Age are back in London! This time for a show in The Dome you surely would want to be at!

For the ones who have not heard the news yet: Imperial age are a bombastic symphonic metal force hailing from Russia. Under the leadership of singers/composers Alexander “Aor” Osipov (who, by the way, grew up in the UK) and Jane Odintsova, the band produces the best bombastic symphonic metal the world has ever heard.

With subtle grandeur they move through all boundaries of human emotions, intellect and mysticism without parading on unicorns or childish fairy-tales.

Imperial Age are a band that is a must see, no matter which music style you are into. Some acts are just transcending scenes and style, and are there for everyone to enjoy.

So do yourself a huge favour, and buy your tickets now!”

Previous gig reviews

“This is highly professional, heavily choreographed, exquisitely synchronised and stunningly over the top symphonic metal. This is operatic metal with all the bell and whistles included and you can’t help be swept away by their majestically bombastic show. The music may be deliciously pompous with serious delusions of grandeur, but the band themselves come across as humble and genuinely pleased to be here and they all put their all into their highly polished set.”
– Stewart Lucas/Rockflesh.com (UK)

“This band is truly professional, and they came on stage with grace and pride. Alexander Osipov’s vocal is powerful and melodic and he stands and belts out his lines with ease, it’s amazing to watch and listen to such musical talent. The whole band looked great dressed in costumes that reflect a medieval, bygone age. The songs were both beautiful and powerful, played impeccably.”
– Steven Plannine/Down the Front Media (UK)
