It appears that the zippers we were selling during our big EU tour are all of a very bad quality (total shit to be honest). They start ripping apart after some time/washing. Thanks for those of you who wrote us messages about it and informed us!!
We want to be a good seller and our fans are priority #1 for us. That’s why we ANNOUNCE A TOTAL CALLBACK of this batch of zippers!!!
We have two options for you:
1) we can make a refund on your PayPal account
2) we can send you another zipper(we are printing new ones in good quality with a different manufacturer – but this will take a few weeks).
What we need from you is:
1) a photo of you with the zipper
2) your PayPal account details (if you choose a refund)
3) your postal address (if you choose a restock)
